Our client Global-e is seeking a HR Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing HR systems, benefits, payroll, and general compliance, while supporting various HR related projects and strategic initiatives. As the HR Operations Specialist you will be expected to perform data related tasks for employees and manage various other HR operations and HR projects in a fast-paced global environment.

Requirements:
5+ years of previous HR Ops experience in a global, agile, and matrixed organization.
Experience with HRIS systems. Familiarity with Paycom is preferred.
Exceptional excel/spreadsheet skills in addition to having a high proficiently in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. This is a must.
Ability to thoroughly analyze information and make timely recommendations with minimal supervision.
Independent, self-starter with the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity in a sophisticated matrix structure.
Able to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems
Outstanding judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential and highly sensitive people data
Prior experience in the technology industry is desirable
