As part of this job, you will:
- Serve as a lead financial point of contact for company clients
- Conduct meetings with clients including various training on company financial flows and processes
- Monitor and resolve daily financial queries
- Work closely with main company functions (customer service, ops, tech, product, account management)
- Aid colleagues with a resolution to complex finance issues
- Preparation of complex sales/operational reports
- Perform client reconciliations
Requirements
- Able to travel to Isreal to attend training for 1-2 weeks
- 2 years experience in a finance role
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to clarify and explain in-depth and highly complex processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Additional languages other than English - a plus
