Our client Global-e is seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for Global-e’s end to end recruitment process.
As a recruiter you will play a critical role in the company’s growth by offering innovative sourcing strategies and driving candidate pipeline to create and engage top talents in a fast-paced global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative and practical strategies for finding the best candidates in the industry.
- Source and engage candidates, using strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels
- Ensure the best candidate experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of full recruitment life-cycle experience
- Experience in recruiting for diverse portfolios including R&D and Business roles
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage projects while simultaneously prioritizing the talent acquisition flow in an environment with competing demands
- Ability to work at a high pace, with competing and changing priorities
- Experience working in a hyper-growth start-up company – advantage
