As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for compliant oversight and input into payroll processing. This role affords you the opportunity to be hands on in various markets as a primary resource to our clientele.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter, review and ensure compliant payroll processing for domestic clientele
- Work closely with company leadership and/or HR departments to process payroll for various industries and geographies
- Create standard procedures per client for continuity of support
- Desire to and experience in various payroll platforms, such as ADP, Paycom, iSolved, Bamboo and others
- Practical knowledge of FMLA and state leave, ADA, Paid Sick Days, as well as liens, garnishments, benefit deductions and reimbursements
Qualifications
- At least 3 years as a payroll professional
- Experience processing payroll in multi state environment
- Able to manage compliance of all labor and tax laws, as appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related field, or equivalent work and/or military experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service
- Experience working in an HRIS system
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Analysis and reporting skills a plus
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Competent user of various payroll systems, Microsoft Office
