Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our Peak Nutrition locations. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, educate new employees, coach employees on improvement and build relationships in the community.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer experiences.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by motivating the team and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Provide customers with personalized consultations, leveraging tools like the InBody machine to support their health goals.
• Train, coach, and develop store associates to maximize performance and foster a customer-first culture.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, and minimize shrinkage.
• Track and report store performance metrics (KPIs) to upper management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Manage staff schedules, and performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business through exceptional service.Qualifications:
• 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in health, fitness, or supplements.
• Strong leadership and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition, with a focus on educating and supporting customers.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
