Paid Social Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Scottsdale, AZ 85254 • Marketing • Full-Time

Salary Range:  $50000 - $100000 year

We're seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social media marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive ROI-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies

- Manage and optimize campaigns for conversions, clicks, and impressions

- Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad copy

- Analyze campaign performance using metrics (ROI, CPC, CTR, etc.)

- Identify and target relevant audiences using Google and Meta's targeting options

- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency

- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates and best practices

- Report on campaign results and provide recommendations

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in paid social media marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads)

- Google Ads certification (desired)

- Meta Ads certification (desired)

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and tracking pixels

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

- Experience with social media management tools (Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with email marketing and automation

- Knowledge of SEO principles

- Familiarity with influencer marketing

- Certification in digital marketing (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
