The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Modern Warrior and Peak Nutrition. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient use of time.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, setting agendas, and taking minutes.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters, and reports.
Project Management:
Assist the CEO with the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Track project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and progress on key initiatives.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, as well as external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication by ensuring messages and information flow efficiently.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Assist in organizing company-wide events, meetings, and conferences.
Office Management:
Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
Ensure the CEO’s office environment is organized, efficient, and conducive to productivity.
Assist with the onboarding of new staff and coordination of office logistics.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the CEO and the executive team.
Personal Assistance:
Manage personal tasks and errands for the CEO, including personal appointments and other personal responsibilities as needed.
Assist with maintaining a work-life balance for the CEO by helping to prioritize and organize tasks.
