Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming service calls.
- Set up requests for service in our dispatching system.
- Answer incoming calls from service technician.
- Coordinate with the service operations manager the assignment of appropriate field personal for service calls.
- Order service parts as needed and as parts are received in warehouse contact the customer and schedule the work.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
- Reconcile vendor statements.
Ideal candidates possess the following characteristics:
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Capable of being self-managed and independent.
- Willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday from 8 am-5 pm.
Requirements and skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Knowledge of an QuickBooks is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
