Customer Service / Accounts Payable

Salary Range:  $17 - $22 hour

Come Join Our Team!  We are a growing HVAC company that is looking for an upbeat personable team player to grow with us in a fast paced office. We are conducting immediate interviews and hiring quickly.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer incoming service calls and make the customer feel special.
  • Set up requests for service in our dispatching system.
  • Answer incoming calls from service technician.
  • Maintain the dispatch board. 
  • Coordinate with the service operations manager the assignment of appropriate field personal for service calls.
  • Assign or dispatch service technicians, one call at a time, according to qualifications, availability of appropriate equipment and closest location to projects
  • Know whereabouts and progress of all service techs & installers.
  • Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as calls are received.
  • Order service parts as needed and as parts are received in warehouse contact the customer and schedule the work.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger 
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Basic knowledge of how a HVAC systems operates is a plus. 

The hours of work are Monday - Friday from 8 am-5 pm.

Requirements and skills:

  • Experience in the construction industry as a dispatcher is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of an QuickBooks is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidentiality and integrity
  • Successfully complete a background check
  • Successfully complete a drug test
