We are a mission based financial planning & fractional CFO firm focused on changing the way financial advisory services are delivered to and used by entrepreneurs and investors.  Our financial architects provide three distinct services to our entrepreneur clients: financial planning, investment advisement, and business consulting services.  All are delivered at the intersection of our clients' business and personal financial lives and under the fiduciary umbrella of our RIA.  In lieu of AUM fees, our services are provided under a flat monthly pricing solution.

Advisors of the firm are not affiliated with a broker dealer, and do not accept commission income from the sale of insurance or other products.  Instead, we believe that working under a flat fee arrangement allows us to best support our unique clients' “highest and best use capital mandate”, and have leveraged this unique compensation approach to ignite our growth.

This new kind of advisor role is best suited for creative problem solvers with significant financial planning and business experience, who love curating questions that help our clients direct capital between their personal and business balance sheets with clarity and confidence.

The firm currently manages just under $50 MM of assets and advises on an additional $50 MM of real estate, alternatives and private placements.  We provide a modular business advisory service that is both lucrative and custom fit to our ADV.  Our mission is clear, and our business structure and core values are alive and well across our organization. 

 

Is this you?

Some characteristics we would look for in an “ideal Financial Architect”:

  • You have a client base of entrepreneur clients paying AUM fees that you would like to convert into flat fees
  • You are interested in leaving commissions behind for good
  • Because of your prior business background as a C-Suite Corporate Exec, Consultant, CPA, Psychologist, or Coach, you are interested in adding business consulting services to your repertoire but lack the framework and team support to do so
  • You are a self-starter who would like to participate in the financial rewards of growing a billion-dollar AUM / AUA business, but are not interested in running operations anymore
  • You have a strong history of financial planning and investment management skills and a strong desire to serve business owners
  • You understand your own strengths and weaknesses and are looking for a company that will accommodate the work you don’t want to do so you can do more of what you excel at
  • You know there’s always room for improvement and are open to constructive feedback.
  • You invest time and resources in self-improvement both personally and within your industry
  • Clients talk about how pleasurable you are both in person and on the phone and how they appreciate that you hold them accountable to the action items we ask them to accomplish as part of the planning process and goals they’ve identified are important to them to accomplish. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Acquisition

  • Speaking & Networking
  • Hosting Web Based Learning Events
  • Cultivating Referrals from Strategic Partner Network
  • Other Relationship Marketing

Client Service

  • Deliver traditional financial planning services to clients using our tech stack
  • Delegate / leverage a support team to work efficiently
  • Provide capital markets and investment recommendations to customers
  • Leverage TD Ameritrade or Schwab custodial platforms to provide investment management through Schwab Institutional Intelligent Portfolios or in house managed accounts

Business Operations

  • Commit to understanding the company’s vision and mission and work with management to support mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Use our systems and processes to further your personal / business goals
