Financial Planner - No selling required!

Salary Range:  $125000 - $175000 year

Are you a seasoned wealth management professional with 5+ years of experience? Are you passionate about helping clients grow their wealth without the pressure of selling? If so, we have an exciting remote opportunity for you to elevate your expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We're seeking an experienced Financial Planner ready to deepen their knowledge in:

- Advanced Estate Planning for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families

- Tax planning for high-income individuals and businesses

- Exit planning for entrepreneurs

- Investment management for UHNW clients

In this role, you'll work closely with our lead advisor, supporting both ultra-high net worth and affluent business clients. Your work will be instrumental in addressing their complex, multidisciplinary needs, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary**: $75,00 - $125,000, Total Comp = $125k/yr - $175k/yr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the lead advisor to ensure timely and comprehensive client planning services
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and manage post-meeting action items in our CRM
  • Develop and manage financial and tax plans using advanced planning software
  • Maintain accurate client data and prepare review documents
  • Communicate directly with clients to coordinate services and ensure their needs are met
  • Manage client data organization in a secure file-sharing system
  • Coordinate multi-professional services on behalf of clients and advisors
  • Research complex financial strategies to support integrative financial planning
  • Support insurance and alternative investment needs of firm clients
  • Execute trades for client accounts


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in financial planning through an independent BD/RIA, insurance company, Wirehouse, or institutional custodian investment firm
  • Series 65, 66, 63 licenses, or CFP® certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in liaising with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals
  • A driven self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
