JOB SUMMARY
Our client – a multinational cosmetic company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Customer Service & Digital Marketing Assistant. This position is a unique blend of customer service responsibilities and digital marketing tasks, providing an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for digital marketing strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer service emails and phone calls daily
- Perform basic on-site optimization/inventory updates when needed
- Assist e-commerce & fulfillment team with fulfilling shipping requests
- Pack & ship PR product sample mailers for Press & Influencers
- Pack & Pick samples for photoshoots
- Attend photoshoots with the team and assist with onsite tasks
- Communicate with fulfillment department for Customer Service order requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or digital marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
