JOB DETAILS

• Eating Disorder Treatment Facility
• Day and Night Shift
• Full Time Permanent Position 
• 3 12-Hr Shifts a Week, and must work 1 weekend shift a week 
  • 6AM-6PM
  • 6PM-6AM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with patients on de-escalation and implementing coping skills per treatment plan.
• Conduct room searches and luggage searches. 
• Provide patient transportation as needed for medical appointments
• Take patient vital signs, weights, urine specific gravity
• Act as a secondary support staff in group therapy
• Complete documentation of patient observations, meals and individual check-ins that occur during shift
• Provide meal support and bathroom monitoring, including flush checks for patients in eating disorder programs

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Direct patient care or milieu experience
• Mental Health Care experience preferred
• Demonstrated skill in the delivery of patient care as a member of the therapeutic team 
• Computer proficiency
