• This is a full-time 40 per week position with 28 clinical hours required. 20 of those clinical hours must be during the times listed below; the other 8 hours can be scheduled at the convenience of the therapist.
  • EST: M-Th 4:00-8:00 PM, Fri 3:00-7:00 PM
  • CST: M-Th 4:00-8:00 PM, Fri 3:00-7:00 PM
  • MST: M-Th 4:00-8:00 PM, Fri 2:00-6:00 PM
  • PST: M-Th 4:00-8:00 PM, Fri 1:00-5:00 PM
• Skilled and experienced in conducting group therapy strongly preferred

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance abuse professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. This is a W2 position and requires full time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

We handle all of the scheduling to align with your availability, so you don’t have to waste time trying to find times with a client. All communication outside of sessions with clients and their parents is handled by the Admissions Support Team. We have full time outreach and marketing team members, to ensure that your schedule is as full as you’d like it to be.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mental Health Therapist with any of the following independent state licensure
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
• License must be in any of these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, UT, WA, TX
• Masters degree in mental health or related field
• Confident in working with teens and young adults (a must)
• Skilled in conducting group therapy
• Must be tech savvy
• Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients
• Preferably with additional licenses/certifications in:
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • EMDR
