JOB SUMMARY

As a  Legal Sr On-Site Services Specialist you will be providing operations functions in one or all of the following areas within a Legal office /environment: 

  • Operate high volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, ship and receive product and supplies, sort, distribute and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as apply necessary postage. 
  • Communicating with customers via email and phone. 
  • Data entry for billing. 
  • Provide copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. 
  • May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative and reception duties 
  • Perform various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in legal industry is highly desired
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to show proof of complete COVID vaccination and Booster
  • Strong customer service, personal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift
  • Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred. 
  • Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures. 
  • Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects. 
  • Ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials. 
  • Ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery. 
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications. 
  • Excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed(If over 50 lbs assistance available from another team member) 
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening
