- Position: Legal Senior On-Site Service Specialist
- 3 Month Contract – Temp to Hire

JOB SUMMARY
As a Legal Sr On-Site Services Specialist you will be providing operations functions in one or all of the following areas within a Legal office /environment:
- Operate high volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, ship and receive product and supplies, sort, distribute and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as apply necessary postage.
- Communicating with customers via email and phone.
- Data entry for billing.
- Provide copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.
- May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative and reception duties
- Perform various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- 2+ years of experience in legal industry is highly desired
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to show proof of complete COVID vaccination and Booster
- Strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
- Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
- Knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
- Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
- Ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
- Ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
- Excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed(If over 50 lbs assistance available from another team member)
- Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening
