JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Marketing will work with our internal teams to develop a data driven strategy that covers paid media, marketing automation, website, events, and all other collateral.
In this full-time position, you will partner with various stakeholders and work through ensuring full sales and marketing alignment, driving leads and revenue growth and predictability. You will obsess over funnel performance, and you will be supported by a mix of in-house and external support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of marketers to deliver on Growth targets.
- Build our Brand presence across multiple channels, with limited budget for brand
- Create and drive our Demand generation machine, developing a vertically targeted multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive growth.
- Deeply understand the end-to-end pipeline with a focus on attracting high intent leads, prospects & accounts, accelerating pipeline and driving conversion.
- Work cross-functionally to map the entire buyer journey from lead to opportunity and overlay customer persona needs, triggers and value propositions.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to design, launch, and evaluate demand gen campaigns, including ABM, across a portfolio of channels (digital organic/paid, email, events, webinars, etc.).
- Make data informed decisions to continually test/optimize ROI and the right channel budget mix to achieve goals.
- Analyze gaps/opportunities in the buyer journey (top, mid, and bottom funnel) and identify the necessary assets, content, and programs in collaboration with product marketing, content marketing, events, and sales.
- Define and own KPIs to drive overall pipeline goals; evaluate campaign performance outcomes and measure success across all stages of the buyer journey.
- Partner closely with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops and SDR team to optimize lead scoring, establish a frictionless lead routing process and increase conversions.
- Lead and build a team of campaign managers, events managers, and regional marketers to execute upon campaign plans and drive global demand.

- Experience in working with staffing firms or HR Technology companies specializing in recruiting
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience working in a professional environment
