JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a Corporate VP of Quality to oversee Quality and Patient Safety in an 80+ Multisite Hospital system. This position will report to the SVP who reports to the CMO and will have a career growth path laid out in front of them from day 1. 

This is an exciting opportunity as the organization will be looking for this person to redesign the patient quality and safety scorecard, execute the rollout across 80+ facilities, and measure its success making changes where necessary. You will also be growing/hiring your team and implementing both a scoring and culture change simultaneously. This opportunity is set up ideally for someone who is ready to make a massive impact at a large organization and have a true seat at the table.

The ideal candidate will have served in a Sr. Director or VP of Quality and Patient safety role for the previous 5+ years. They will have also helped created a scorecard system in which a large multi-site hospital system fully utilized this as a playbook to improving patient care and reducing accidents.

REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ Years Sr. Leadership in Quality at a Multi-Site Acute Care Hospital System
• Must be a Physician with an Advanced Business Leadership Degree
• Proven track record in implementing a Quality Process, measuring its success, and correcting gaps
• 5+ Years Building, Leading, and Growing a Quality Team
• 5+ Years Coordinating Patient Safety
