• Congregate Living Facility (Micro Nursing Home) in North Hollywood
• Part Time Only
• Every Saturday, 7PM-7AM - Additional shifts available
• 6 Patients or Less

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take patients' vital signs
• Assist patients' with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and requests
• Ensure patients' safety at all times
• Document Patients’ Status in a timely manner
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Observe and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Report to Charge Nurse any changes in the patients’ condition

REQUIREMENTS

• Active CA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Prior hospital or nursing home experience
• Dependable
• Compassionate and Empathetic
• Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
