Full-Service Pharmacy providing pre-packaged medications located in Brentwood, TN
Full Time Permanent Position
Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Sunday, Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat. (Thurs and Fri off) after the training period.
Opportunity to work remotely after 60 days

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter data quickly and accurately in multiple systems
Provide exemplary customer service to all patients and caregivers
Adjudicate patient claims
Communicate with doctor offices, pharmacies, and our customers to ensure superior customer service
Meet metrics daily based on team and business needs
Maintain updated customer records with strong attention to detail and compliance with HIPAA standards
Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and meet clinical requirements prior to fulfillment
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED
6 months of working in a role, that required critical thinking and decision making skills
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to work
Must pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to employment
Strong computer and typing skills are required
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; this may include using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and being able to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to solve problems and communicate issues clearly.
Team-oriented and the ability to thrive is a fast-paced environment.
