JOB DETAILS

  • On-Site in Downtown Los Angeles
  • 3 Month Contract – Temp-to-Hire
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Weekly Pay
  • Health Insurance Available


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily support of network and workstation printers. 
  • Responds to customer support requests and ensures that they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally. 
  • Escalates problems to a Level 2 technician as necessary. 
  • Keeps the customer up to date on the progress of problem resolution. 
  • Provides end-users with detailed remote access knowledge and documents complete troubleshooting information. 
  • Provides regular account updates, to include information on fleet status and performance, to the Printer Fleet Manager or Integrated Account Manager. 
  • Manages on-site hardware & consumables inventory. 
  • Manages printer procurement as required by the customer. 
  • Manages printer hot swap inventory. 
  • Documents and reports all fleet meter reads. 
  • Maintains printer fleet tools/databases.
  • Restocking Supplies to our Apex Locker and Vending Device


REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have Customer Service and Merchandising experience needed. Some mobile and help desk knowledge is helpful.
  • Must have reliable transportation with insurance and good driving record
  • Good documentation skills
  • Able to show proof of completed COVID vaccination
  • Commutes to off-site locations: Chatsworth, Anaheim, Compton, Redlands, Monterey Park, and Pico Rivera locations.
