JOB DESCRIPTION

The Engagement Specialists play a critical role in reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our program and approach, and scheduling appointments.

REQUIREMENTS 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer-service experience with any of the following: healthcare, social work, non-profit, service industry, retail sales.
• Must be focused and adaptable to different customer situations
• Charismatic, good on the phone, and good sales demeanor
• Computer proficient
• Dependable and reliable work ethic
