- 3 Month Contract – Temp-to-Hire

JOB SUMMARY
- Handle inbound/outbound chain of custody packages configuration
- Receive from 10-50 packages at a time, scan them in our TRAC system, notify the recipient of said package and make sure to obtain signature upon delivery.
- Assist with miscellaneous facilities tasks like: cable management, moving furniture/desks from one room/floor to another.
- Un-pack incoming pallets and dispose of trash and boxes.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair or replace equipment components as necessary.
- Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.
- Build clothing and bakers racks for various business units, among other basic miscellaneous tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in a corporate setting, experience in mail/shipping, self- managed, and personable.
- Can diffuse/ease a demanding customers and requests.
- Self-motivated, self-starter and ability to follow thought on tasks without prompting.
- Demonstrates required digital competencies associated with assigned products and level assignments.
- Able to performs troubleshooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk during the shift.
