JOB DETAILS

  • On-Site in Downtown Los Angeles
  • 3 Month Contract – Temp-to-Hire
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM
  • Weekly Pay

  • Validated Parking


JOB SUMMARY

  • Handle inbound/outbound chain of custody packages configuration
  • Receive from 10-50 packages at a time, scan them in our TRAC system, notify the recipient of said package and make sure to obtain signature upon delivery.
  • Assist with miscellaneous facilities tasks like: cable management, moving furniture/desks from one room/floor to another. 
  • Un-pack incoming pallets and dispose of trash and boxes.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair or replace equipment components as necessary.
  • Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.
  • Build clothing and bakers racks for various business units, among other basic miscellaneous tasks


REQUIREMENTS 

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Customer service experience in a corporate setting, experience in mail/shipping, self- managed, and personable. 
  • Can diffuse/ease a demanding customers and requests. 
  • Self-motivated, self-starter and ability to follow thought on tasks without prompting. 
  • Demonstrates required digital competencies associated with assigned products and level assignments. 
  • Able to performs troubleshooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary. 
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk during the shift.
