- Duration: Dec 2021 – June 2022 (with possible extension)
- Schedule: 4-5 Days a Week – Hours Dependent on the location
- Flexible Availability Preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of the site operations.
- Handles closing events as their Primary responsibility and depending on clinic hours, may also be required for site opening.
- Oversees the testing/vaccines management and distribution
- Ensures proper testing/vaccines inventory and end of day reporting to any and all responsible parties
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained and communicating needs effectively with staffing partners
- Conducts daily reporting including total tests performed, inventory, defects, waste, challenges, and concerns as required
- Performs general oversight and maintenance of inventory levels and ensure that orders are placed in a timely manner
- Holds accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.
- Trains, educates and role model appropriate behaviors
- Utilizes tools and resources to enhance the patient experience
- Shares feedback, generate ideas and insights to improve the process and experience ·
- Implements action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
- Ensures all compliance standards are met
- Assists with overall testing/vaccines inventory, Testing/vaccines transfers, and supply management
- Corresponds directly with staffing partners about missing clinical or admin staff on site to find replacements
- Compiles and submits reporting, including nightly staffing rosters and weekly safety forms
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, ability to understand and address concerns effectively and efficiently
- Willing to work as part of a team to coordinate patient care.
- High level of professionalism and customer service.

- Availability to work when needed, including nights, weekends and holidays ·
- Availability to answer late night calls for issues that arise with testing/vaccines storage ·
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to travel as required
