• Salary: $95,000 per year (DOE) + Benefits.
• Full Time Direct Hire Position
• Hybrid Role - Option to work at home but must be able to come to the office if needed
• Must possess a strong level of professionalism and have excellent phone etiquette.
• Looking for a candidate with knowledge in development of messages, advertising, media and publicity vehicles. This person will be the face of of the organization and will respond to various requests from patients and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communication or public relations.
  
• Seven (7) years experience in marketing, public relations, or community relations.
  
• Successful work history in great Lancaster or Antelope Valley community strongly preferred.
  
• Professional demeanor and the ability to speak with our CEO, Board of Directors, and with our community through various platforms.
  
• Experienced in Implementation or development of PR/Marketing plans
  
• Tech-savvy
  
• Healthcare or health-related experience preferred.
  
• Prior supervisory experience required
  
• Client-side marketing experience preferred
  
• If coming from the agency side, must have previously worked on healthcare accounts.
