Key Responsibilities:

    •    Recipe Development: Create and refine chef-inspired popcorn recipes that tantalize taste buds.

    •    Research & Development: Participate in R&D to innovate new flavors and products.

    •    Collaborations: Work with local brands to develop unique, co-branded popcorn offerings.

    •    Quality Control: Maintain batch and lot coding, ensuring all products are labeled with accurate best-by dates.

    •    Production Oversight: Oversee the popping process to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.

    •    Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of culinary trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

    •    Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to bring new products to market.

Qualifications:

    •    Passion for Popcorn: A deep love for popcorn and a desire to elevate it to new culinary heights.

    •    Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and develop unique flavor combinations.

    •    Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining records and ensuring quality standards.

    •    Culinary Background (Preferred): Experience in a kitchen or food production environment is a plus but not required.

    •    Collaboration Skills: Eagerness to work with local brands and team members to create standout products.

    •    Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
