FOOD TRUCK & CONCESSIONS COORDINATOR - MITLooking for an opportunity to turn hard work into a fun career?We are looking for someone who's willing to dig in and help us with all the heavy lifting along with the planning and production that go into supporting our food truck and concessions teams.

We are looking for stars who want to join our growing team.The RoleThe Food Truck & Concessions Coordinator is someone who can work with their back and their brains. We need an ambitious, hard working problem solver - a true “jack-of-all-trades.” The Food Truck & Concessions Coordinator will be responsible to provide assistance in 2 key areas:Mobile Event PrepThe Food Truck & Concessions Coordinator will help execute the run sheet and oversee event logistics including:Utilizing company processes like clipboards & checklistsLoading supplies and materials for transportOn-site set up for service andUnloading, cleaning & restocking returned supplies & equipment.Product ManagementThe Event Support Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining proper product, supplies and equipment to support operations at events and venues. This will include:Inventory managementProduction of signature items and production schedulesPurchasing and deliveries as wellMaintenance and cleaning of both production equipment and facility.


Qualifications:Prior food truck experience strongly preferred 

MUST be able to drive a delivery truck and trailer

Organized and efficient

Able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.

Experience managing inventories

Strong problem solver & self-starter

Mechanical Aptitude

No job too big or too small attitudeLikes working as part of a team

Experience with Spreadsheets, and Google suite a plus

Experience managing people a plusJob
