Operations Supervisor

We’re looking to add a team member who strongly believes in our core values: empathy, integrity and quality service.

We’re the largest airport shuttle based in Phoenix’s West Valley, and have been serving our community since 1987.

Duties:
- Supervise company’s day-to-day operations to ensure they’re carried in an appropriate, cost effective way and legally compliant.

- Strategize and develop new ways to advance all aspects of Sun City Express to improve operational efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date on the newest developments within our industry, and find ways to capitalize on them.

- Design, implement and assess training programs for our team members.

- Maintain coordination between departments, and create a culture where people love their jobs, feel appreciated and see the value in the work they do.

- Generate reports related to company performance and efficiency. Define and track metrics.

Qualifications:

- High level of leadership, confidence and communication skills.

- Ability to clearly define and meet goals.

- Flexibility and a willingness to tackle any challenges that arise.

- Experience in travel/transportation industries preferred.
