About the Job
Universal Luxury Resorts, a leading company in the Marketing & Advertising industry, is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in the Vacation Sales department. As an Universal Luxury Resort staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our travel sales operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements
- Promote and sell vacation packages to potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Manage accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new travel destinations
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop strategies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
Requirements
- Previous experience in travel sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
- Proficient in using travel booking software and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications in travel or tourism are a plus
