As a call center manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills. The goal is to do everything possible to attain goals and achieve great results for our company.
Job Type: Full-Time
•Shifts- Monday through Thursday 10AM- 7PM Friday 9AM-6PM, NO WEEKENDS!
•Salary, PLUS commission, PLUS bonuses

Education and Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years in phone sales
• 5+ years of management experience
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Job Skills:
• Proven experience as call center manager or similar position
• The ability to lead a team with little to no supervision
• Combination of consumer and corporate travel experience is a plus
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations.
• Fluency in English - multilingualism is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
• Must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements
• Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
• Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
• You will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive
This is a full time office position, (Not Remote) Not work from home....
