Experienced Telecommunication Sales Agent

Are you a strong salesperson over the phone? Making money on top of your hourly wage? We're looking for experienced telemarketing sales agents with a drive to make (4) plus sales a day or more if possible. Check out our opportunity below! Sales experience is necessary, however; the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, an assertive personality, reliable transportation, excellent work ethic and strong organizational skills.

 Qualifications:

•   Must be a people person.

•   High level of commitment to customer service.

•   Pay close attention to detail & can follow instructions.

•   Will commit to a weekly schedule and arrive on time consistently.

•   Must have reliable transportation or can partner with someone who does.

•    Must be at least 21 or older.

•     1  year of over the phone "sales" experience

•     Quick learner and able to work independently and immediately

•     Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

 Responsibilities

•  You'll be reading from a script that is designed for you to make as many sales per day as possible while helping people

•   In this role, you’ll open each call ready to turn the prospective customer into an actual customer

•   Remain positive and professional in all prospect interactions

•   Shift- Monday-Thursday, 10am-7pm Friday, 9am-6pm.    

•   Skillfully change from the opening script to the closing script with efficiency and knowing that once the prospective customer gives you their ailment they are now 'for the most part' an actual customer and time for you to close the deal.

•    Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times • Remain positive and professional in all prospect interactions

 Pay & Benefits

•    Starting pay - Starting @ $13/hr ( Plus Commission )

•    Cash spiffs) cash spiffs will be explained during the interview.

•     Paid Training 

This is a full time office position, (not remote) no work from home....
