Client Services Representatives are responsible for answering inbound calls within the office, handling diverse matters involving clients and non-clients while simultaneously working within our database to best serve all callers.
Responsibilities:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
Collaborate with other office professionals to improve customer service
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Customer service experience a plus
Phone-related customer service a major plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
This is a Part time in office positions, (NOT REMOTE)
Monday-Thursday, 10am-5pm Friday, 9am-4pm.
Pay:$13.00-$18.00 per hour
