Service Dispatcher

Phoenix, AZ 85027 • Customer Service • General Labor • Information Technology (IT) • Public Service & Security • Full-Time

Salary Range:  $22.00 - $28.00 hour

Lanmor Services is expanding their business which has created a need for a full-time Service Dispatch position in the Phoenix area. Company is established (18+ years) and in a stable industry that is growing! This top employer offers excellent pay and benefits along with a professional work environment. This is a full-time position with biweekly pay. Company Hours are from 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.  This position will have some afterhours work depending on work load and billing schedule. Must be able to poses a valid AZ driver’s license. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, as well as 8 company provided holidays and 3 weeks of paid time off.

 

Duties:

·         Answer incoming calls.

·         Assist in dispatching and communication with technicians and customers.

·         Process service work orders.

·         Parts ordering.

·         Billing.

·         Knowledge of setting up alarm accounts and managing alarm reports.

·         Maintain spreadsheets via Excel.

·         Utilize custom industry database & software.

 

Qualifications:

·         High multi-tasking abilities

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Strong attention to detail and organization

·         Upbeat and personable

·         Computer literate

·         Typing 55 wpm

·         Intermediate to advance in Excel (light formulas, link spreadsheets)
