Our growing real estate brokerage/property management firm, Capstone Realty Professionals, is looking to add a new member to our growing team. We are currently seeking a licensed property manager for a full-time position. The right person will be extremely organized, very driven by to-do lists and following up on items until completion. This person must be SELF-MOTIVATED with very little oversight and must be able to interact with clients professionally and deliver exceptional customer service. ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR IN PROGRESS REQUIRED. Don't let the title fool you, this is a high touch customer service role where relationships with clients is the most important function for this role.

Our ideal candidate will have:
* A background in residential property management
* Experience with property management software. Appfolio A PLUS.
* Proven customer service experience in the real estate industry
* Ability to create and track with spreadsheets
* Solid organizational skills
* Exceptional phone skills
* Great problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently & problem solve pro-actively
