Capstone Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage that specializes in Resale and Property Management. 

Currently, we are seeking to hire a Maintenance Assistant to our growing team. This job is full-time with paid time-off and health benefits. Occasional appointments and calls on weekends are required. 

• Conduct move in and move out inspections providing written documentation, pictures and video using a tablet.
• Will be conducting regular routine maintenance for properties including changing HVAC filters, changing light bulbs, picking up lockboxes and ensuring properties are secure.
• Reporting to the property management team on the condition, potential proactive repairs, and updates on maintenance deliverables.
• Assisting in project management of property turns and vendor management and relations. 

The typical day will be driving to different properties currently under management for regular inspection walkthroughs and quality control of both vacant and occupied residential properties. Light maintenance work may be required from time to time so our ideal candidate will have a remodeling or handyman background. This person will be occasionally meeting our vendors or tenants at a property so we expect this person to have good customer service and listening skills. 

Must have reliable transportation, a strong willingness to work, cell phone for communication. Must be able to pass a background check with no criminal record. Valid driver's license required.
