Our growing real estate brokerage is looking to add a key new member to our team. We have a full-time opportunity for a Real Estate Operations Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Broker in managing and running the day to day operations within the brokerage. The person that will love this job will have had experience working on a big real estate team as a transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, or marketing coordinator role. This person will love processes and workflows and know-how to look at things critically with the intent of making them better. Our business is scaling, we've almost doubled in the last 2 years and we need a superstar operations person to bring to our team their passion for developing new processes and the ability to create, implement and execute new plans for growth and service. Sales funnels will all flow through this person so they need to be able to pick up the phone when needed and problem-solve to ensure all systems are working optimally.
MUST HAVES:
* ACTIVE Arizona Real Estate License
* Experience running sales and rental comps
* Great social media skills
* Working knowledge of the residential real estate sales process
* Solid organizational skills
* Good phone presence and proven customer service experience
* Great problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently & pro-actively
This person will be working with the broker on a daily basis. Experience in a fast-paced environment is important. Knowledge of Salesforce, RealGeeks, and/or Transaction Room is a bonus. Experience with transaction coordination a plus. Dialogue with clients will be mandatory so a good phone presence and customer service are paramount. This person will be working with many different agents on the team so must be able to stay organized and able to delegate when needed. This role will not lead to a sales role, the path for this person is in operations.
