This is a full-time, in office role.
The Residential Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for assigning the work orders to our approved list of vendors and technicians. They will ensure work is completed in a timely matter. This person will be coordinating our inhouse maintenance technicians, Valley Handy. This includes managing their schedules to ensure they know where they are going and what they need to do when they get there. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, pricing, as well as receiving bids and estimates.
This person is a natural problem solver and is willing to think outside of the box to ensure things get done and get done right. This person will work hand in hand with our Property Managers and will assist with the dispatch and coordination of our in-house maintenance service.
