Capstone Realty Professionals is a real estate brokerage/property management firm. We specialize in renting single family home/condos/townhouses in Maricopa County as long term rentals.

This is a full-time, in office role.

The Residential Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for assigning the work orders to our approved list of vendors and technicians. They will ensure work is completed in a timely matter. This person will be coordinating our inhouse maintenance technicians, Valley Handy. This includes managing their schedules to ensure they know where they are going and what they need to do when they get there. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, pricing, as well as receiving bids and estimates. 

This person is a natural problem solver and is willing to think outside of the box to ensure things get done and get done right. This person will work hand in hand with our Property Managers and will assist with the dispatch and coordination of our in-house maintenance service.

Our Maintenance Coordinator will:

• Track and schedule in house technicians.
• Follow up on work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Track metrics and numbers for the team to ensure profitability for the company.
• Review pricing and estimates to ensure the owner is getting the best value for work.
• Organize any inventory of our maintenance supplies.
• Assist the property management department with move-ins and move-outs.
• Document work being completed. 
• Be responsible for coordinating vendors on property turns. 

* Real Estate License or experience is a plus

Our ideal applicant will have:

• A background in home services and/or residential property management. 
• Experience with property management software. Appfolio experience A PLUS.
• Ability to create and track with spreadsheets.
• Organizational skills.
