We are looking for a Director of Continuous Improvement to oversee our rapidly growing real estate brokerage. The perfect candidate for this important role is a master of execution and gets things done, an implementer that can put out fires and ensure they never come back again. Our ideal candidate will know how to use words like efficiency and simplicity in their daily lives and will have a passion for helping others do the same. Paying attention to the numbers will be a regular thing, bringing new systems and standards to an already successful team will be your passion and primary objective.

As a key part of the management team, you will assume responsibility for the overall management of internal and external staff, tenant and client relations, and operations. You will be responsible for increasing the bottom line thru the development and execution of growth and expansion plans while optimizing clients’ asset values and ensuring the amazing customer relationships and company culture that we have built is maintained.

Duties of the Director of Continuous Improvement:

• Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and techniques for scaling the business by 300% in 3 years.
• Integrate all the major operating functions of the business.
• Ensure all aspects of operations are aligned with the strategic initiative of the organization
• Drive operational maturity through the build-out of strategic and scalable systems and operational framework.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to create an annual operations plan and budget
• Direct, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure that everyone is truly following and adhering to the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, firing, evaluating, and disciplinary needs for all operations staff
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to direct reports
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the company and its affiliates
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies, control costs, and stay current in operational best practices.
• Develop and implement systems for reporting and measurement as supported by data and KPI’s.
• Intervene and/or respond to critical incidents and put together the plan to ensure they never happen again.

Our ideal applicant will have:

• 5+ years previous management experience
• Previous experience in an operations role
• Prior direct P&L responsibility and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, operationally complex environment
• A practical, fact-based thought pattern
• An enjoyment working with data, systems, and processes
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Experience using Salesforce, Asana, and/or Appfolio a huge plus.
