Our growing local real estate brokerage, Capstone Realty Professionals, is looking to add a new member to our expanding team. 

We are looking for a licensed Arizona Realtor with experience working with Investors as a buyer specialist and closing deals. This job will consist of walking properties for investor buyers and submitting offers. Lot's of offers. As our business has grown the benefit of building a team is not just to increase business but to effectively provide excellent service to every client. In the end, we know that happy clients come from us offering: quality service, effective communication and transparency, and exceptional experience and market knowledge. Since 2012 our group has grown into its own brokerage of experienced agents and dedicated support staff, selling more than $30 million in real estate per year while managing more than 450 properties. Incorporating both residential resale services and property management, we operate as a team ensuring everyone receives the same level of awesome service.

We have the systems in place to make the offer writing process pretty painless, the majority of this role will be:

  • Driving to newly listed or coming soon properties to preview for clients
  • Running sales and leasing comps for the properties
  • Submitting offers on properties that meet investor criteria

Following up with buyers daily to let them know of new properties and opportunities in the market

We can train on how to run the numbers and how to get offers accepted in this market. 

What we will expect from you:

  1. A willingness and desire to learn and grow
  2. The ability to give yourself permission to make mistakes and learn from them
  3. A desire to be better than an average Realtor
  4. Experience closing at least 50 deals in the last 10 years. 
  5. Past experience owning, purchasing, or selling investment properties.
