High End Cleaning LLC, a leader in providing top-notch cleaning services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the cleanliness and organization standards of our clients’ properties.
This is a part-time position based on-site, as the nature of the job requires hands-on supervision and interaction with both staff and clients. Being physically present at various cleaning locations is essential for effective leadership and team management. Please note that this position is not a remote job and requires the supervisor to be actively involved in all aspects of the operational process onsite.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
- Ensure all cleaning assignments are executed to the highest standards and completed within the scheduled time frame.
- Implement and monitor cleaning protocols and standards to uphold quality and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance specifications.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the team has the necessary equipment and materials to perform their duties efficiently.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and support to all team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare work schedules and adjust assignments based on staff availability and client demands.
- Handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Report and document operational issues and maintenance needs.
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while enhancing team morale and cohesiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with an ability to oversee and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle schedules and multiple tasks with proactive planning.
- Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of cleaning processes.
- A positive attitude, with an ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Experience in implementing and managing house staging setups is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and manage hands-on tasks as required.
- Readiness to work in varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the business operations.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
