Salary Range:  $16.00 - $18.00 hour

GLHN is looking for an experienced Administrative Personnel who will work as a project coordinator to help our PMs.

This role will support GLHN by being an active member in our projects by giving our project managers the support they need to succeed. The ideal candidate for this role should

  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have mastered the art of efficiency and productivity
  • Be a self-starter who can confidently navigate different programs such as Excel, Adobe, and Word
  • Thrive working in a cross functional role in order to achieve results
  • Quick to learn many new systems
  • Great at Data Entry and keeping a schedule maintained
  • Can take great meeting minutes if needed
  • Assist in implementing strategies (SOP) that support business growth
  • Must be great with time management and hold amazing organizational skills
  • Be coachable and ready to learn as well as ready to teach
