Accounting Manager

GLHN is looking for an experienced Accounting and Operations Manager who will be responsible for the accurate and timely financial and people management of the organization. The successful applicant will be a forward thinking, strategic driver who will be responsible for accounting operations, production of periodic financial reports, and maintenance of accounting records.

Who YOU Are:

This role will support GLHN by being a leader in project management with accounting and technology background. The ideal candidate for this role should

  • have experience building various programs from the ground up with an orientation toward high-level company goals and long-term success
  • have mastered the art of efficiency and productivity
  • be a self-starter who can confidently gain stakeholder buy in
  • possess the ability to understand pain points and find solutions to scale through systems and process
  • thrive working in a cross functional role in order to achieve results
  • have an extensive background working in finance roles as an Accountant, Financial Planner, Finance Manager or Accounting Manager
  • constantly be driving new ideas and planning best solutions through intentional decisions
  • assist in implementing strategies that support business growth
  • be passionate about delivering a first-class interview and hiring experience
  • be technically inclined to learn and teach new tools

  • You have experience with Accounting software for professional services firms (Deltek Ajera) and Quickbooks 
  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
  • You have at least five years of finance or accounting experience (required)
