Marketing Coordinator – Dr. Kelly’s Vet

Position Summary: 

Dr. Kelly’s Surgical Unit is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support a busy and rapidly growing practice.  The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to work with the CEO and Operation Manager to organize and champion the marketing efforts across the business.  You will contribute to web, graphic, print, and social media marketing campaigns.  With the direction and cooperation of the Operations Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will use Dr Kelly’s brand guidelines and style “voice” to create consistent and appropriate materials to highlight the company. This position will wear many “hats” and requires excellent organization and analytical skills.  This is a hybrid in-office/work-from-home role based in the Scottsdale area. You must live in the greater Phoenix area to be considered for this position and be willing to work in our Scottsdale, AZ office 2-3 days a week!

WHAT You Will be Doing:

Marketing Support:

• You will be the “go-to” coordinator for all things marketing at Dr. Kelly’s
• Partner and coordinate with SEO writers, Social Media partners, and Dr. Kelly’s staff to regularly present analytics and data on our marketing campaigns.
• Graphic Design support – Do you use Canva to create graphics? Can you edit great videos on your iPhone? Do you love Adobe Lightroom/Illustrator/Photoshop?  This role will use your skills!
• This is an opportunity to contribute your ideas and your develop your marketing skills.

Organization and Coordination:

• Be able to analyze, consolidate, and thoughtfully present data
• Schedule mobile unit locations out 2-3 months in advance
• Maintain excellent relationships with our location partners
• Procurement of clinical & promotional materials and other supplies
• Be a Team Player!  No job is too big or too small in this position!

The Skills you must have:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Experience creating graphics in Canva or Adobe Suite
• Experience compiling, organizing, and presenting data with XL.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Vet Med Experience – experience in the vet med field is a big advantage
