Duties are as follows:
We are looking to hire one Pet Resource Specialists! This position is for 4-5 days a week. There are multiple Pet Resource Specialists on during the day, each handling texts or phone calls and emails.
We are a Canine/Feline practice specializing in rescue/shelters, parents in need and those with limited places to turn to financially. We travel across Arizona but set up shop at one location per day and clients come to us. We receive dozens of phone calls, emails, texts, and voicemails daily. You will need to be able to stay focused and multi-task, handling multiple conversations on going simultaneously.
