Originally the company was called Ciampi Lawn Service named after Hugo Ciampi who started the business after moving to Phoenix in 1969 from his farm in Santa Barbara, California. In March 1999 Eli Hall became the owner and renamed the business Always Cutting. It was in May of 2004 that the name was changed to AMS, (Association Maintenance Services). AMS seemed to be more appropriate to their expanding business.
AMS wants to make yards enjoyable for families so they have more time to do more important things than the yard work on the weekend. Just like family is important for our clients for AMS, we stress that family is first for our team. We are closed on the weekends to make sure we are able to spend that time with our families also. We cast a vision with our core values that represent us daily, even when no one is looking. Busy landscaping maintenance company in need of a maintenance laborer with at least 1 year experience to do mostly residential and some commercial maintenance. Good with customers, good with text messaging, some knowledge of some plants, know and use all types of equipment, reliable, and bi-lingual a plus
