Responsible for providing excellent, memorable guest service to all guests while maintaining outstanding professionalism that reflects the Company’s commitment to creating memories for its guests, staff and. Room Attendant does this by ensuring that the cabin and/or hotel room is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the standards set by the organization.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive cabins/ guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
General Requirements
· Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
· Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
· Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Williams Investment Company Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
· Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
· Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
· Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

· Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out
· Work with a team of housekeepers
· Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests
· Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies
· Collect and remove trash and debris
· Perform detailed deep cleans when required
· Assist cook serving and cleaning kitchen as needed
· At least one year of experience with cleaning/housekeeping
· Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents
· Attention to detail
Excellent customer service and oral communication skills
· Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to pass a drug screen before starting work.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to arrive on time to work and be ready to work daily.
Must take pride in your work and be able to be a team player daily.
Weekly pay - $14.00- $15.00 depending on experience.
