Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager

Hyrian Elite is seeking an Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager to assist with our many culinary needs and run the kitchen.

We are seeking an entrepreneur that is not afraid of hard work and building their position as Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager from the floor up! Possibilities are endless.

Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

 

Executive Chef will assist with any and all culinary duties.

These duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepping all of the meal and packaging for all meal prep meals;
  • Setting up the kitchen with all cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and food scales;
  • Cooking food in a timely manner;
  • Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients
  • Planning all meals;
  • Ordering/shopping for all kitchen needs such as, utensils, ingredients, cleaning supplies for kitchen, etc.;
  • Cleaning the kitchen after the meals are prepped and made
  • Actively promoting a customer focused culture within the kitchen and promptly addressing any customers complaints, concerns or questions;
  • Ensure that fresh food and the full menu choice is available throughout the service period;
  • Maintain high standards of behavior and discipline throughout their shift;
  • Maintain high standards of personal cleanliness and personal hygiene.

 

We are looking for someone with at least 1 to 3 years’ experience in the restaurant industry (not fast food). Serve-Safe certification is preferred

Hours will be up to the Executive Chef

Pay is a base salary plus commission and looking for an individual who wants to set their own paycheck.
