Join our growing team as a member of the Sales Development Team. You will inspire businesses in the service industry to recruit smarter with their company culture and innovative marketing strategies while you grow your sales career.
This a (6 month) ramp-up role to be promoted to an Account Executive position with us, where you can develop a very successful career. If you are ambitious and want to get your foot in the door with a growing SaaS company, this position is for you!
Prospect and connect with leads in your assigned territory
Meet monthly sales goals, earn uncapped commission and get promoted
You must have:
- A competitive spirit and desire to be successful
- The ability to quickly engage with customers and overcome objection
- A strong desire to work in a fast paced, fun, start-up environment
- Confidence and a great phone presence
- The ability to take and implement feedback and coaching from your leadership team
1 or more years of sales experience
Familiar with B2B, SaaS sales or SMB Marketing
