Customer Service Representative - Customer Success Team

Salary Range:  $12 - $14 hour

If so, we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers encounter, providing exceptional support and building positive relationships. You'll also leverage your writing skills to create valuable knowledge base articles and resources to empower our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and chat support.
    • Troubleshoot software issues, guiding customers towards effective solutions.
    • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on satisfaction.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base:
    • Compose clear, concise, and informative articles on software features, usage tips, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Maintain and update existing documentation based on customer feedback and product updates.
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure documentation accuracy and reflects the latest software functionalities.
  • Stay informed and proactive:
    • Proactively stay abreast of product updates, features, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to improve documentation and enhance the customer experience.
    • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide helpful solutions.
  • Experience with software support or technical troubleshooting a plus.
  • Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, HubSpot, Slack).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Must be fluent in English and willing to work in the Central Time Zone, business hours Monday through Friday.
