Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Peoria, North Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley Locations (Hybrid) 

Job Type: W-2 or 1099 (Flexible, based on candidate) 

Schedule: Part-time, 20–25 hours/week

We’re seeking a creative, driven, and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify our story, elevate our brand, and drive meaningful digital engagement. Whether it’s filming reels, building email campaigns, or diving into lead data, this role blends creativity with strategy in a collaborative clinical environment.

???? What You’ll Do

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more

• Video & Content Creation: Record and edit short-form videos, patient stories (with consent), and behind-the-scenes clips at all 3 clinic locations

• In-Person Collaboration: Attend meetings and be onsite for content collection with team members and patients

• Graphic Design: Create branded visuals for web, social, and print (Canva or Adobe Suite)

• CRM & Digital Marketing: Use tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp to manage campaigns, segment audiences, and track engagement

• Email & SMS Marketing: Write and deploy engaging email newsletters and text blasts

• Lead Tracking: Monitor and report on performance and source of leads, especially from digital channels

• Optional Bonus Areas: SEO basics and Google Ads (preferred but not required)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with social media platforms and content strategy

• Skilled in video editing and storytelling (smartphone tools or pro equipment)

• Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools

• Creative, collaborative, and organized

• Willingness to travel to all three clinic locations

• Bonus if you have a background or passion for health, fitness, or wellness

If you’re only interested in the social media side, we’re still open to talking! This is a flexible role that may evolve into multiple part-time positions if needed—but ideally, we find someone who wants to do it all.
