What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Educate patients on our cash-pay physical therapy model and confidently discuss pricing ($199+ per session)
• Help patients understand the value of investing in their health
• Keep our PTs fully booked with patients who are ready to heal
• Support the team by managing calls, scheduling, and payments
• Maintain clean, inviting clinic spaces and assist with daily operations
• Use our EMR system and Google Suite for accurate tracking and admin tasks
• Open or close the clinic as needed and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs

• Are comfortable talking about pricing and sales (or open to learning!)
• Are able to task switch easily between systems and conversing with patients
• Thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment
• Have strong attention to detail and love staying organized
• Believe in physical therapy as a powerful path to healing
• Want to be part of a fun, mission-driven team that genuinely cares
• Have 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
